1. Preheat the filter and brewing system with hot water then discard it.

2. Place 30 g of coffee in filter and shake to level

3. Start pouring water over grounds in circular motions. Pour 50 g of water and let bloom, getting all the grounds wet without pouring directly on the filter

4. Wait 45 seconds then begin pouring again with controlled circular pour, keeping the coffee bed raised but not all the way to the top of the cone

5. Pour in approx 100 grams of water at a time, until you get a total of 480 grams.
