With fresh coffee the automatic drip machine makes a great cup of coffee when you don’t have the time to brew it a different way.

1. Preheat filter and basket as well as carafe with hot water and then discard it

2. Weigh out the desired amount of coffee and water for the machine.

3. Hit the button and begin the brew cycle.

The Grind

Medium grind, slightly coarser than table salt

The Ratio

Coffee to water ratio of 1:16. For example, you will need 60g of coffee for 1L of water.
